In recent years the Magical Town of Parras De La Fuente, Coahuila has had a significant growth in the influx of tourists who demand greater attention to their needs. The gastronomy, the cultural theme and the Wine Route continue to give Parras a push to continue growing in the coming years.
Thinking about these needs and the potential that Parras has, Latitud 25 designed a comprehensive project that includes a country-style subdivision, a boutique hotel and a wine cellar which presents its own label. It is a complex to be able to spend weekends of rest or fun as a couple, with friends or with the whole family.
The Fraccionamiento has lots of 1,000 to 2,000 m2 under the shade of a magnificent walnut tree from many years of work and effort, in addition, some of its lots have their own vineyard. Parvada has paved roads, a security and main access booth, underground facilities, fences and perimeter fences, a closed circuit and surveillance system, as well as a clubhouse with a swimming pool, 2 paddle tennis courts, a gym, a terrace, a restaurant bar, bathrooms, pedestrian walkways and extensive green areas. Complementing its natural design is a stream and a large decorative lake.
The Artigas Arquitectos office was the one who designed the complex respecting the natural environment, using materials from the area and gave a modern Mexican touch to the facades of the urbanization.
PARVADA is located on the highway towards General Cepeda, one minute and a half from the entrance to the town of Parras.

Price
Price: $2,600 MXN (price per square meter).
Discounts apply in the following cases:
- 5% for cash payment.
- 2% discount on the purchase of 2 lots.
- 3% discount on the purchase of 3 lots or more.
* To apply the 2% and 3% discounts, sales must be closed within a period not exceeding 21 days.
Payment Methods

Advance of 30% of the value of the lot and the rest at 12 months without interest. - Financing with interest
Advance of 30% and the rest up to 48 months applying a variable rate of TIIE plus 4 points.
Separate
To set aside the lot, $100,000 MXN is needed for each one within a period of no more than 48 hours. If the deposit is not available before the mentioned term, the lot is made available.
